We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups. Perfect Pompano Beach getaway with resort style pool area. Newly renovated open and spacious home has three bedrooms, two baths and a heated saltwater pool. It’s a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has five entry ways to the pool because your backyard is property of its own! The large deck consists of: screened heated pool, Wifi Integrated 55 " Smart TV, endless choices with multiple seating areas throughout the pool area. Gas grill in garden area ready for use. An enclosure helps to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outside experience. The front of the house also has a beautiful private sitting area for your enjoyment. The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with fireplace and formal dining area. \-Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the pool. \-Second bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool. \-Third bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV. Our home is only a 5-7 minute drive to the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the sea beach. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores. We are only 20 minuets away from Fort Lauderdale airport! Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all! Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access. Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema and 10 minutes to Deerfield Beach. Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors we kindly ask to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 10pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment. The house was clean and we loved how each of the rooms opened up to the gorgeous pool. Even though it was cool a few of the days, the kids really enjoyed the warm pool and watching the outdoor TV. We really loved our time at this terrific home. Beds and furniture are comfortable, plenty of closets and cabinets, fully equipped kitchen — and best all the screened in pool and patio! Really delightful. Very private. And part of patio is covered so you can even sit outside if it’s raining (which we did) House was spotless, check in was very easy, and communications with owner were great. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the clean and warm pool and spent every evening sitting on the lanai socializing, enjoying our meals and watching tv. The beds were also very comfortable (this is usually where most vrbo properties lack). The owner was responsive and accommodating and I would recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area. I would absolutely stay here again. ##### Deb C. There was plenty of room, house was clean and updated, and the heated pool was excellent! It was a 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach pier, beach, restaurants. It was a 3 minute drive to pickleball and tennis courts at the community park. Suggestions for improvement would be to label the light switches in the house, provide more towels, and communicate check in information 24-48 hours in advance. Had everything we needed for a week’s stay with our kids 16, 8, 6\. The spaces were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool and outside areas were great, especially nice with the pool enclosure. The only thing I could say is that I wished there were ceiling fans under the covered porch. Would’ve made a huge difference. The house had 5 beach chairs and additional camp style chairs which we used a lot. The location of the property was perfect, close to everything! The hosts were amazing, meeting us at the property upon check in and extremely responsive via text with any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!! ##### Stefanie O. Cons: floors really need a deep clean; not all windows had curtains or shades-neighbors light shines right in the kitchen and master bath; double bedroom hears the traffic at night; Nest thermostat was a pain to deal with, but we figured it out. Pros: Hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly; home is very spacious and lovely decor; back yard and pool were clean and private; pool and beach gear and towels provided; toiletries provided; very clean linens; kitchen is well stocked for cooking; high capacity washer/dryer was nice; location is near several food options and a short drive to the beach. In the beginning of our stay, we had decent weather, but the remainder of the week the weather was quite windy and constantly raining which changed our excursion plans. What a joy it was to have this property to retreat to and relax. It was so tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. Most of all, we were still able to get into the beautiful heated pool. The outdoor space is so dreamy. With the covered patio, we could sit outside even in the heavy rain. The lanai covering the pool kept the bugs and especially the mosquitoes away. They have taken steps to make it completely private from the neighbors and the street. We set outside for hours watching the outdoor tv, reading, eating, etc. even as it poured down raining. Marina met us at the house and personally pointed out the features. Igor came as soon as we needed him and showed us how to use some of the electronics. The pool was a delight. The house wraps around pool with five accesses to the pool area (from both bedrooms with the king size beds, from the kitchen, from the living room and even from one of the bathrooms, so we didn't have to traipse thru the house with wet bathing suits.) The weather was a little cooler than expected, so having a heated pool made it possible to enjoy it even in the cool weather. Having both sunny areas as well as shaded areas around the pool deck, made it great for all of us to enjoy as per our preference. It was nice to have a sitting area outside, with comfortable chairs and sofas, as well as a table for eating al fresco. The kitchen was well equipped; the showers were large and very modern. The bedrooms were perfect and there were lots of places to store our stuff. We didn't need to use the third bedroom, but it was convenient with the two beds when we were packing up to come home.
