The flat was clean and a good size for (2) two adults. It was about 100 ft. from the Broadwalk and Hollywood beach. We met multiple neighbors on the first level and they were all very warm and welcoming. Each said Bob was “good people” which speaks volumes of his character.Our only negative comment and it’s not terrible would be to upgrade the pillow top on the Murphy bed. A couple days are cool. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old.
