Welcome to a tranquil setting in the the middle of the buzzing city of Fort Lauderdale and neighboring Wilton Manners, Lauderdale by the Sea and Oakland Park. Setting foot on this property will make you forget what you left behind. Our property sit on a cul-de-sac nestled by matured trees and a small bridge that gives you entry in to a safe and relaxing heaven. Our home has an open concept floor plan on the first floor which is set and furnished in a modern contemporary style. Offering you many settings for conversation and gatherings. The first floor is inclusive of a living room, dinning room, full kitchen, breakfast area and family room (with an entertainment system that boasts a 52'' flat screen TV, media center PC, blue ray DVD and iPod docking station.) with a half bath and laundry facilities (modern front load washer, extra dryer). All rooms on the first floor have a view of the back yard which has a tropical relaxing landscape and a midnight blue pool. Backyard and pool: The Backyard has an midnight blue pool with a beautiful wood deck that runs the complete length of the house. Under Palm trees and green bamboo is a cabana with a full sitting area and cozy fire pit. There is also and outdoor dinning table, a barbecue station and loungers for sun bathing and relaxing. The yard is landscaped in a tropical setting that lets you forget your troubles and invites you to take in nature. The second story is reserved for the bedrooms. There is a big master suite with its own flat screen TV / DVD and open concept bathroom in modern European hotel style, with a tub for 2, an extra shower and walk in closets. The master also opens to a balcony that runs the entire width of the house. There are two additional bedrooms, an spacious office with Wifi, printer, scanner, copy and a second bathroom that has a whirlpool tub. Our property is within a few minutes where ever you need to be - this is a wonderful location. Restaurants: All the well-known chain restaurants and attractions are just few minutes away on US #1, including Bonefish Grill, Capital Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Olive Garden, Blockbuster Video, Boston Market, Ruth's Chris Steak House along with many fine local restaurants. The main tourist street - Las Olas is 8 minutes away, featuring galleries, fine dining and bars. The beach strip and the famous beach plaza is 5 minutes away for night time cruising and entertainment. The resort town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is just 10 minutes north. For day excursions, go to famous Boca Raton (20 min. north), South Beach-Miami and Lincoln Mall (45 min. south), Sawgrass Mills Discount Mall (20 minutes west) or the Everglades (30 min west). The science museum features an IMAX theater, and the Art Gallery has ongoing exhibits that change. Broadway visits the Broward Center,which is 8 minutes away. Il s'agissait aussi d'en profiter d'une manière exceptionnelle, raison pour laquelle j'avais réserver cette maison de rêve en passant par Homelidays pour la 1ère fois ! Et bien nous n'avons pas été déçu, bien au contraire. Tout d'abord nous avons été très bien reçu par Jim, qui nous donné toutes les explications nécessaires à notre arrivée. C'est une personne extrêmement gentille et nous tenons à le remercier pour sa précieuse aide sur place. Les photos sur le site internet reflètent exactement la beauté des lieux. La maison se situe au fond d'une petite impasse au calme, dans un quartier à proximité des magasins d'alimentation, pharmacies, poste, etc...... L'entretien du jardin et de la piscine est régulièrement effectué. Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis de voisinage, lors de notre séjour à Fort Lauderdale. Nous avons même trouvé un très bon cabinet médical à 10mn de la maison "Stat Medical", le Dr Ch.Stinson, Fort Lauderdale et son staff y sont juste adorables et efficaces. La plage la plus proche est à 10mn. L'eau est extrêmement propre même transparente, le sable est fin, nous y avons même côtoyé des poissons. Peu de monde sur la plage en cette saison, un paradis. En couple avec nos deux garçons (15 et 19 ans), nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'y séjourner pour votre plus grand bonheur. Proximity to beach and Las Olas area was great, and we were able to get ubers very quickly during our stay. The backyard is peaceful although the solar-heated pool was never warm enough to truly use (which was a bummer since it was the primary reason we booked this property). Unfortunately, our experience was colored by our checkout experience. We didn’t realize the checkout time was 10 am (while it is noted in a vrbo message we received - and I missed - the documents on the property state “please take your time and review the checkout list to ensure a smooth departure.” No checkout time listed. While mistakes happen, the property manager, Jim, came in at 10 am and promptly started screaming at my 80-year-old parents that we missed the checkout time. The rules weren’t clear but customer experience matters. And this was an example of being treated like anything other than a customer. ##### Kari B. The house is gorgeous inside and out, the entrance is extravagant, the master bedroom was magnificent and patio/pool area was to die for . Everything was beautiful, the only cons would be is that cellular service and WiFi is not good & them not mentioning that the property manager stays on site in the description before booking and also having to clean the dishes or put them in the dishwasher before checkout when a cleaning fee is charged is not a common thing to do but besides that everything else was perfect! ##### Jazmyn H. My daughter wanted to relax for her 25th and with COVID, I wanted to be safely in So. Florida. The home is uh-mazing! A huge Buddha greets at the entry to a lush tropical walkway. The windows - floor to roof - look through to the oasis in the backyard. With 2 living rooms, a large farm table and a poolside breakfast nook, this home seamlessly marries industrial modern interiors with tropical exteriors. A master, an office and one of two adjacent bedrooms are connected outside by a balcony that runs the length of the the house overlooking the pool and backyard tropics. We rented the house fur our family to visit the boat show in Fort Lauderdale and we enjoyed the house so much that we even decided one morning to just stay in to enjoy the beautiful tropical garden with pool and the comfort of the house! The house is of an excellent layout and with tasteful furnitures and decoration. Perfectly equipped with everything you might need and more. Jim was there to greet us and explained everything to us. He was flexible with our earlier arrival time and we could settle in immediately, the house is located in a perfect almost hidden spot of a quiet neighborhood. No street noises, just birds singing. A Walgreens, gas station and Publix within 2 -3 minutes by car., main streets easy accesible. We loved the house and attention and recommend it 100%! ##### Susanne A. We usually fly to Miami/Fort Lauderdale area every 3 to 4 months, this was the first time we have tried a house and were blown away. We would definitely stay again. The property manager is extremely detail oriented, and is available at any time in the event you need anything. The pool, amenities, layout, kitchen, etc. are amazing, I would live there if I could. We had five people in our party and we had space for everything and everyone. Very kid friendly given the pool and the amenities. We will definitely be returning. ##### Hector V.
