This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, showers, and all new furnishings. A full service kitchen is also available for your use, as well as a 4-place dining table. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away. \*private balcony in unit! Room: Our private room is 484 Square feet in size and includes two (2) queen beds, full kitchenette and dining area. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a full freezer and fridge, closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Balcony with breathtaking views for your enjoyment! \*We could set up champagne, balloons or flowers arrangements for the room for an extra fee. On site parking available per request! \*extra fee applies This outstanding swimming pool will provide you with a truly special experience! Spend a peaceful day soaking up the sun in our lounge area. To ensure the safety of our guests, we require a copy of the main guest ID prior to arrival. The Mariner Suites is located just 6.0 mi from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 8 mi from Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The building interiors have been recently renovated, and the units count with all modern amenities. There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level. Payed washing and drying machines in common area Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area. The parking space assigned to your unit fits one car, and it is the guest responsibility to keep it locked while not in use. \- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. \- Excessive noise will be fined $100 \- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk. \- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine. \- Keep rooms items inside the house. \- Check-out is at 11:00am. There were homeless people and others who appeared to be under the influence at 11am. Yes, the beach is across the road BUT it is also run down. Most of the shops in that area are closed. The previous occupants told us how disappointed they were with the room. The bathroom in particular.. the fan didn’t work and you couldn’t open the window because the people across the street could see in, and the paint was peeling. Our room was in the process of being cleaned so we got to take a look and was disappointed at the size of the room and the couch that I was told opens to a sleeper was not much bigger than an ottoman. The size for a toddler to sleep on. Not a teenager. We called VRBO and the property manager to cancel our room and was told to take pictures. However, the on site manager would not allow us. When we called and emailed the property manager we got no answer to either. We needed to find different accommodation and saw no reason to wait around for check in at 4:00 so we never checked in. We asked multiple times to be refunded and was denied. I am only writing this because I feel people should know what they’re getting into if they book here. ##### Jennifer D.
