This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential family oriented neighborhood. With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups. The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space and dining area. The interior was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had a ton of seating so we could all be together The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the various sitting areas and the pool. The hosts were great. We willl definitely book this property again! ##### Amy M. Their home here in Pompano Beach is lovely and perfect for our needs. The property is clean, has all amenities available you could want and is a great location. The property owner Igor was super nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there even beach chairs. The backyard was simply amazing. The pool was the best. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again. ##### Brett S.
