This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, professionally decorated with elegance and comfort, offers spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plush bedrooms designed for relaxation. Enjoy breathtaking water views from sunrise to sunset. Located close to top attractions, beaches, and nightlife, it's the perfect spot for family gatherings or group getaways. Book now to experience South Florida’s beauty and comfort at its finest! We have furnished it with all new furniture including very comfortable beds and mattresses. We have not forgotten a thing! Pool area could have been cleaner. Unable to sit on outside furniture surrounding pool area due to furniture being dirty and loaded with ants. This didn’t bother us too much however. There are lounge chairs under an umbrella which was fine for us. There are multiple loose deck boards around pool and dock we had to keep an eye out for! TV in living room was not working (able to get outdoor tv and bedroom tvs to work). My only other complaint would be there was no beach equipment provided to borrow and only 1 beach towel was provided to use. This was the first time we have had that issue renting houses in Florida. Beach equipment was not in description of rental so we understood! We did leave some chairs, sand toys and umbrellas for hopefully the next guests to enjoy! There were plenty of bath towels to use instead of beach towels. Great location to casino, beaches approximately 15-20 minute drive, unable to walk around in neighborhood if that is something a guest is hoping to do. Plenty of fish and crabs to be caught in the canal! My son had a blast fishing off the dock! Overall a great house for large families and children but keep in mind having to bring own beach gear.
