BEDROOMS: \- All areas have TV's \- Pac and Play and high chair is on site. \- Premium Air mattress available. BATHROOMS: (2) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. SHARED PRIVATE GAME ROOM: \- Full size pool table \- Large TV \- Video Game controls \- Mini basketball hoop with balls \- Darts \- And more INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Tuesday night and Friday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. It is Strictly forbidden to entertain in this property. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or in any unmarked spots. PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers. When we come to Florida, we love to be outside and enjoy swimming and suntanning and we have not been able to do this during our 9 days here. The outdoor area, including the pool, is nothing like the picture and it is totally worthless. When we arrived the pool was so dirty that we called the mgmt and the pool guy came the next morning. If we did not complain he would have never come. The pool is old and has debrees/sand at the bottom and the cleaning system is not functioning very well. The mgmt has no regular cleaning of the pool and this gets dirty right away. My husband thought it was disgusting and never swam once.The outdoor area is very bad; first of all there is no view of the canal since there are big boats right outside the pool which shimmer the entire view. There is no sun on the deck since this is a duplex and the unit upstairs has a balcony which shimmers the pool area underneath. Then there is no privacy. We lived downstairs by the pool and if the neighbors came down to swim or hang out they were basically in our house; we had the curtain closed at all times. So if you are looking to enjoy the outdoor life of Florida (like we were) forget this house. The pool is nothing like the once in the picture. But both the location and the interior of the house are fine, especially the kitchen.
