The pool was a nice feature, and during our stay the pool area was pretty quiet which was nice. Cleaning staff was friendly and I was able to get into our room a little earlier. I would definitely stay there again but the pictures are a little deceiving because I thought my room would come with a kitchen. Some of the crown molding on the ceiling was falling off, maybe due to humidity. The bed was comfortable and clean, the comforter had a few stains. Overall it was decent. The parking area was uncut with weeds around it and trash scattered throughout. I wish I had followed my initial thought to LEAVE and find some place else. The courtyard around the pool had weeds growing up between almost every paver. The pool was relatively clean compared to everything outside. The room was clean but obviously rundown. The a/c worked and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but again obviously not in best repair. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Expedia should remove this client from their website. Quirky best describes. Excellent, clean, quiet little room. Too cold this trip to enjoy pool, but looked clean, a good place to lay out. Room, tiny , ultra clean. The shower was the bomb! Great water pressure, tons of hot water. I wish it was at my house. THE BED!! Wow soft, luxurious cool clean crisp. ULTRAVIOLATE Lite check? Crisp clean sheets. Yes I carry a small ultra light. The property IS older. Bushes need trimming, a good pressure wash on deck and walk way. BUT a fun little place and a definite economy choice. Will definitely stay again in 2025\. However, it was a bit of a walk from the beach so we did have to Uber, but Ubering was very easy. The staff was very nice. My one complaint would be the bathroom was very small and got extremely humid. Every time we took a shower it never aired out fully. Very basic accommodations. No reply to 3 texts. No arrival instructions were sent. Had to phone the management number from the property. Property is in need of upkeep. Nothing was in great shape or inviting. It could be very cute, but it’s not being maintained. Rusting stairways. Overgrown vegetation. Faded & worn facilities. We had no hot water in the shower on arrival. The next morning it was tepid. Probably warm ground water. It’s too bad. It’s like someone bought this 5-10 years ago with a dream for and Airbnb. They made it cute, and then stopped taking care of it. The location is good. Safe neighborhood. The parking spaces are TINY and awkward. You’ll need a small vehicle to get in and out of the spots. If you simply need a safe place to sleep, it’s fine. Just don’t expect anything fancy. The entire property has “faded” from the posted photos.
