All new Appliances BEDROOMS: (4) \- Las Olas Escape sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. \- Pac and Play and high chair on site \- Sofa bed \- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee. BATHROOMS: (3) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. GUEST ACCESS: \- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee from November through April. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Tuesday night and Friday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street. PETS: Small pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came down to Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and needed a place to stay. The process in the beginning was relatively easy and smooth. Leading up to the days before, I did have to reach out for check-in instructions as I never received them, but they responded quickly and sent over the instructions. The rental was very nice and clean. I was not able to take advantage of the game room but I thought it was a nice touch. The management team responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns.
