BEDROOMS: (6) 2 Bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The Private Oasis sleeps 15 guests in comfortable beds. The 7, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's. \- Pac and Plays and high chairs on site. \- Premium Air mattress available. BATHROOMS: (5) 2 Bathrooms downstairs and 3 bathrooms upstairs. All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap) and plush towels. Hairdryers are also available. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. GUEST ACCESS: \- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: \- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. \- Dishwasher pods are provided \- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. POOL: Towels included. Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee between November and April. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Tuesday night and Friday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates four (4) cars. PETS: Small pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. Vrbo told me to do a chargeback as they have tried reaching out to the host two times as well . First night we had no hot water , and the refrigerator didn’t work properly . We never used the pool because it looked filthy but at least the heat worked in there . However the management company isnt the greatest, the wifi was out and they had a handyman call me to help reset it but, he didn't even know where the router was located I had to search for it. The pictures of this property look great online but its a bit different in person. There are two boats behind the property in which people just randomly walk on both sides of the house to access the boats, which then compromises the privacy of your family because they can see in the back sliding door / windows. No one told us these individuals would be showing up my sister and her kids were alarmed and startled initially. The pool is cool but again people are watching you from the boats so its not really private, I would say for the price we paid we should of had complete privacy and more toilet paper. ##### Jeremiah B. The upstairs and downstairs are two separate units so it is nice if you have adult kids they can have one unit to themselves. The first day we arrived a man walked through the back yard with loud music, he was getting to his boat that is parked behind the house so it’s understandable. We messaged Valerie and we never saw him again. The pictures are definitely deceiving but it is still nice. Pool was nice and warm we used it everyday. I would give this a 7/10 ##### Chad S.
