It was all wrong, reservations room and customer s

I was charged a different price, staff was rude, the reservation was for a non smoking extended stay room, I got a smoking room with no accommodations for extended stay.

Good hotel to stay a couple of nights

If you need to stay a couple of nights and has limited budger, this is your hotel. Location is Ok, in a calm neighbourhood.

Room was nice but the cleaners service wasnt 100% good. A bit ghetto always rushing us out the room to clean because they want to nock off timely.

Hotel needs to be updated

The hotel staff was great but a few things need to ba addressed...the vents in the air conditioner were very dirty and even though we requested they be cleaned, they never were. The curtain rods were off the track. Simple things like pictures hung very crooked on the wall and 2 of them being the same picture. Carpets needed to be cleaned. On the positive, the lobby and breakfast area had just been repainted. The pool and hot tub area were great. All in all, with a few upgrades this would be a great hotel to stay at

Place Sucked

Pros: Breakfast bar
Location: none business trip
First night fire alarm went off at 1:15am for 15 minutes. Not that anyone left the building. 2nd & 3rd night had party animals next room over Management sis very little

Hotel front desk staff unconcerned with other patrons smoking in the hallways. Room door did not open pulling the handle down, only up? Carpet in serious need of replacement. The pool closes at dusk? How about 8 or 9 PM? Plus side is the beds were comfortable

Thank you for providing your feedback. We have one floor assigned for smoking. If we find guest smoking in other floor we send them to smoking floor. Pool hours are regulated by the City of Fort Lauderdale from Dawn till Dusk. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The stuff was friendly

Pros: The stuff members at the front desk where helpful, and they were less noise outside the room.
Cons: Different breakfast choices, to change their apple supplier
Location: I was there to attend classes all those days. I did not get a chance to visit any point of interest.
Checking in was easy, at that time I was informed of the location and the duration time when breakfast is served every morning, I was also informed where to find the Pool and Jacuzzi and the operation time. My room was cleaned everyday, the carpet had no visible stains, but it looked unclean, the bed was comfort, and I was able to control the temperature in my room. I spent every little time in the hotel during the day, and when I came back in the hotel I was swamped with home work.The stuff members at the front desk where helpful, whenever I was seeking for information. when I requested to extend my check out time it was granted without an addition fee, thus when I attempted to re-enter the room after check out time my key was disabled, upon informing the front desk stuff, entry was re-instated.

Hotel was clean. They could do a better breakfast for their guests for the price they charge. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
