Inexpensive, so maybe worth the price.

Esoterically, no problem. Place looks nice, room OK, no problem checking in or out. Water was hot, beds comfortable enough for a budget hotel. Despite multiple conversations with staff, our TV never worked, kinda irritating. Sat morning from 1am to 1:30 am, a group of 20 or so guests gathered near the CLOSED pool, just outside my first floor patio and had a very loud exchange for the full half-hour. My call to the front desk was a waste of time. Bathroom floor had a powdery/sandy film, understandable in a beach town, but irritating anyway, since I was on business instead of pleasure. Would have loved to have access to our TV to get some details on the mass shooting that day at the airport just minutes away.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We will have the issue with TV resolved, I am shocked to hear that nobody fixed your TV or asked you to change room with a working TV. I am very sorry that we drop the ball.

Nice hotel and very nice staff

Location: Great location...Isle Casino is right up the street, super Walmart is very close by.
This hotel is a budget friiendly hotel that is definately worth every dollar of your money...The rooms and facilities are comfortable, the staff are very accommodating and will go above the call of duty to accommodate their guests...I have lived here for the past 5+ years and the experience keeps getting even better...They even put my packages in my room for me when they arrive at the front desk...talk about outstanding service!! Louise, Danny and their entire staff are to be commanded!!!

Would not go back

At night there was no parking anywhere near the front entrance. The only spot available was all the way back behind the building in an unlit area si I dropped my handicapped mom up front and went to park. As I was walking around to the front a suspicious guy was hanging around outside and started following. I got nervous abd spotted security guard inside the side door talking to the girl in the front desk. I knocked and asked for him to ket ne un and he refused and wouldn't come outside to check out the situation. Unacceptable. Hotel is not very clean and needs serious renovation.

The doors are locked at night and requires your room key to get in and if you don't have a key you need to enter through the front entrance where there is an intercom so the front desk can verify your room number/reservation before opening the door. This security system is in place for all our guests. I am sorry that you felt nervous but please understand we cannot open doors without verifying identity. Hotel will be renovated starting April 2017.

Nice hotel not too far to the beach

The three nights I spent there was great my room was clean the bed was comfortable , I wish there was remove the recliner replace it with a sofa inside the room, Also if you guys was have a little tiny bags inside the garbage that would be less work for the housekeeper's overall everything was excellent .

The room was not clean and ants were all over.

Pros: Girl at front desk was polite and helpful
Cons: Cleanliness and long term clients were seedy
Location: Location was ok. About 10 mins to beach and shopping.
The place was full of sky high garbage cans. Riff raff clients within hotel. Keep all valuables well hidden. I decided to forgo housekeeping because of the untrustworthy housekeeping people. Main concern was pool under construction so no peace around the outside of the rooms. I never had this bad of an experience at la Quinta before. Just total lack of management.

there was definitely some shady activity going on here...drugs, prostitution and perhaps some other elicit activities

Good price but needs renovations

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The property needs updating.
We chose this hotel for location and price and previous experience with other La Quinta hotels. This one fell a bit short of our expectations. This property is older and definitely in need in updating. One of the hand towels in the bathroom was dirty but the bed was very comfortable. Not a horrible stay but will not be back until updates are made.

Furniture shabby

For a lower cost hotel it was ok. Furniture was shabby. Mattress fine. Elevator problems At times. Convenient to where I was going but might choose somewhere else next time.
