I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. Will do whatever it takes Frank was awesome making sure we had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable place with a great pool table. Great location and clean. Lots of room to have your own space. Frank will do whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this House very fun place. If we come back this will be my first choice. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. He texted a couple of days ahead to ask if we had any questions, he communicated about the check in process well, then checked in with us several times after check in. We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate!
