Please note that while our parking lot is conveniently located on the property, it can only accommodate vehicles that are shorter than 16.5 feet. For larger trucks, there is a city parking garage just one block away.  
  
As our guest, you'll have access to all the incredible South Florida attractions, with many just a 30-minute drive away, including South Beach, Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hard Rock, Gulfstream and Jai Alai Casinos, and so much more. And with the Fort Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades just 15 minutes away, you'll have no trouble getting here and starting your dream vacation. To maintain the high standards of our condo apartment, we kindly request that all guests rinse off any sand from their clothing, beach chairs, or other belongings before entering the unit. This helps prevent any damage to our beautiful real wood floors, ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Any damages caused by sand left on the floors will result in a deduction from the Airbnb Security deposit.  
  
We kindly ask that guests refrain from wetting the wood floors or leaving wet clothes on them to avoid any warping. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the beauty of our space.  
  
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use at no extra cost, but their presence in the condo is not guaranteed at all times.  
  
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our valued guests, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following house rules during your stay at KOMFFY Rentals:  
  
1) Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.  
2) The minimum age requirement for booking is 21 years old.  
3) We kindly ask that you be considerate of noise levels after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.  
4) Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.  
5) Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets on the property.  
6) The maximum number of guests allowed is two  
7) For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we request that adult supervision be provided for children under the age of 14 using the dock and that appropriate safety measures and behavior are observed.  
  
Your cooperation in adhering to these rules is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests.

#### Cute, clean spot on the intracoastal

Loved this property. Cute 2nd floor studio/1br overlooking the intracoastal on the quiet side of the building. Well maintained wood floors and a useful kitchenette. Better maintained than many other places I have stayed on Hollywood beach. Two small drawbacks: it’s across A1A, so you have to Frogger across hectic traffic to get to the beach and broadwalk, and since the bed is a (very comfortable) Murphy bed, there is a gap at the head where pillows fall through and you can’t sit up to read.
