It's very disappointing that i had 2 nights booked and missed the check in time, and had to pay an additional 200 dollar to get one nights stay even though I already paid for 2 nights. Drove 17hrs straight through, you'd think the manager would refund one some of it. Terrible customer sevice.

Worse place we have ever stayed at took 4 rooms when we arrived before we accepted it. 1 st room flooded and no bathroom door. 2nd room one bed broke in half. 3rd room dirty Will never stay there and won’t recommend to anyone

My hotel room was 302 and it was non-smoking, but the whole room smelled of cigarettes. the neighbor from the room next door was smoking a cigarette in front of my door, another situation is that when you arrive after 11pm, you can't find parking. I understand that there are people who live there. but they must assign parking spaces for guests who are there for limited days. The cleaning people never asked to change the towels or sheets in the room and I stayed for 6 days.

Nothing like the pictures. Looks like they rent to people that may have lost their homes and still try to rent the rooms as hotel but they are unsanitary. I wish I took pictures but it was to filthy I couldn’t stand breathing the air in the room. Halls and stairwells were smelly and filthy. Paid a pet deposit and although I decided not to stay I lost everything. Contacted the hotel, the manager never called back. This place should not be listed as a hotel. It’s not up to standard and should probably be a shelter bc that’s what it appears to be.

My keycard needed to be recalibrated twice, one of these times before I had even gotten into the room. I also did not like that the staff weren't very helpful. I called down and asked for a noon checkout, which was granted. After the call, 3 different staff members tried to enter my room with a key, stating that it was my time to checkout.

The first room they put us in smelt like mold & mildew. The door lock was broke and huge gap in the door that bugs could get in. It seems to be a low income housing for some. People come and go around the pool that arent even staying there.

Room 233. The quality of the room was bad, tub had stains, the sink was loose, the box spring cover was stained, same as sheets and comforter. The room had little roaches, Im afraid they were able to get into my luggage. I told the front desk girl and she said pest control comes during the week not on weekends. Had to ask for toilet paper. Towels were super thin. No house keeping service, it only happens during the week, not weekends lol. The list goes on. This was def not a hotel, it’s more of a motel or less than that. Don’t even want to talk about the surrounding areas of the building, the amount of dust. Whew. My experience wasn’t the best, pictures on Expedia looked better. The only good thing is the area, accesible to stores, restaurants, etc. Just a little bit of organization, more maintenance/housekeeping employers and upgrade in furniture, it could be great.
