One night post cruise stay

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night (4/23/17) after an 8 day cruise on Carnival Conquest. When we arrived well before the 3:00 check in time there were loads of passengers in the lobby preparing to leave for the cruiseport. The staff was calm and unruffled by the chaos. FLL was experiencing significant rain and unfortunately one couple in our party had a major leak in their room. The staff moved them to a suite which we were all happy with. The shuttle driver was nice enough to drop us off at the Alehouse across the street earlier than the hotel shuttle normally runs (we were told they typically start at 4:00 pm and it was 3:00 pm); however the shuttle also had significant water running in through the roof and we got wet. Bottom line is the staff was great but the facility was disappointing.

Nice hotel after a late night flight!

Hotel staff was wonderful even at 2 am! Comfortable beds and a quiet stay. Breakfast was great too and 12$. Made to order omelettes, waffles, and pancakes. Pool looked nice too but didn't use it.

Convenient location with spacious rooms

My lower ratings were due to the extremely strong Febreeze odor that hits you in the face as soon as you step inside. I'm very sensitive to chemicals and perfumes and I had to pass through the foyer and front desk area quickly to avoid feeling sick. I neglected to inquire about their use of strong perfumes before booking online. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the free airport shuttle. The room was clean, but I had to change pillows to be able to sleep. I'm glad my stay was for one night only. I've always had good experiences at Hilton Hotels in the past, so Febreeze wasn't on my radar.

Room service staff very rude. Told me to hurry up my order because he was busy. Coffee pot in room didn't work. I won't be going back

Pros: Close to shopping and resturants
Location: Location good close to airports, cruise ports and casino

I found our stay very nice , we didn`t get in till 6 pm , had dinner there , good , breakfast in the morning very good . clean friendly + fast check in . Would diffidently stay again .

The rooms are very clean close to other restaurants the staff was really nice the shuttle was on time a really good experience
