While checking In staff member Chevany coulsion was very rude and not helpful. Entered room to find mold in the shower and self falling off. Hot tub was broken and not heated. Came down and water was pouring from the ceiling in the lobby one morning. Location was great and close to a bunch of restaurants and stores

Disappointed that the hot tub was not warm even. It might have been 75 degrees. Also, our room remote control was missing and we had to get them to fix that which entailed a 20 minute shift in our plans. Also, breakfast was Not included and for the price along with the other issues we were disappointed in the stay.

I really liked the location. Great shopping and eateries close by. I did not like the air conditioner and the noise it made every 20 minutes or so. It was very loud.

Pool is incredible! My son loved it! Not too busy either! Fantastic Walk-in distance to shopping! The hotel is ok, breakfast is also ok, staff is great! Bed isn’t too comfortable. I booked because I read the reviews on bed being comfortable, I was a bit disappointed. Also Pillows are very very soft you, you may need to ask for extra pillows to sleep better.

Property management needs to reassess the free shuttle to airport that they offer. Lobby is filled with people at all times taking advantage of this which is a great perk. However……they need to have a schedule so that people know when they will get to take the shuttle. The morning we left to go to airport, there were 20 people that eventually arrived in the lobby. Each of us were only told the shuttle leaves on the hour every hour. Well the van only holds 10 people and luggage. People will miss flights etc due to this. It’s just a jumbled mess. Other than that the hotel is nice, great location. Shopping near by and also several great restaurants.

We really did like this property. Only two dings. When we first got in our room and flushed the toilet, it was leaking at the floor. I called the front desk, and they responded very quickly. The maintenance guy came and took care of it right away. We had problems with the keycards for our room's lock. We couldn't get it unlocked, so again they sent up a maintenance guy, and he changed the batteries.

We came in from our cruise ship in Miami earlier than expected and they put us in a room immediately we did not have to wait which was fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again free transport to the airport, the rooms are all clean and updated and there is a nice complimentary breakfast! Excellent for before and after your cruise.

The hotel is very nice but I would not recommend staying in the room we had. It was supposed to be accessible but the room was not setup well. The pull out bed blocked the king bed so I had to sleep on the sofa so we could get out of the main bed. No bar near the toilet. Also stayed next to elevator so it was loud. Staff was pleasant, restaurant was great.

clean property, clean and spacious room, quiet, non-smoking floor, walkable distance to multiple shops and restaurants, complimentary water in lobby was nice. spa/jacuzzi was not in service, breakfast was overpriced and not very good, and the gym did not have access to TV and no cleaning supplies, however the equipment was in working condition.

The room was uncomfortable. There was a noisy vent next to the bed. The mattress was foam and mushy. The pillows were flat. There was only one chair so only one of us could sit. Very uncomfortable!!!

Airport pick up was a joke waited a 1/2 hour then when guy came vehicle wasn’t clearly marked asked driver if it was Daina beach Hilton said no called hotel again waited 1/2 hour again same guy shows up and finally understand s me said “ oh I’m sorry I misunderstood “ so waited 1 hr total Them signed up for shuttle to boat dock ask for noon time pick up girl puts down 10:30 when I clearly said noon .that mix up caused confusion .and I’m sorry you can pick up from airport for free but charge20 .00 per person to drop off at boat dock that took about 6 minutes.I usually like Hilton s but never staying here again .I’ve already booked another cruise for 2026
