I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had during my stay at the Hampton Inn River Oaks.
As a loyal customer, I expected a certain level of comfort and quality, but unfortunately, my recent visit fell short of these expectations.
During my stay in room 515, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the bathroom sink was blocked, which resulted in slow drainage which caused inconvenience and discomfort. Despite a plumber being sent to address the issue, the problem persisted even after they claimed it was fixed.
Secondly, the shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower experience. Additionally, the toilet in the room was unstable and rocked back-and-forth, posing a safety hazard and causing discomfort.
Moreover, I noticed a general mustiness in the room, which detracted from the overall ambiance and cleanliness. This was particularly concerning as it affected my ability to relax and enjoy my stay.
I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but the lack of effective resolution is disappointing.
As a valued guest, I believe it is important to address these issues promptly and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I kindly suggest that you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that similar problems do not occur for your future guests. As for me, I will not return.
