It also has it´s own AC so you can regulate your right temperature and wahser and dryear machine to make your own laundry for free. It´s an special unit for a regular familly of four. We can always offer an inflatable mattress if you need more beds. Some of the amazing amenities of the building, are: \-Pool over intercoastal with amazing views \-Gym with water views \-Free Shuttle to the beach \-Free Beach service with Two Chairs and Umbrella in Esteban s place at Hallandale Beach (suspended for the moment) \-Restaurant at the building (Open from Wednesday to Sunday) \-24/7 Checkin front desk Please note that check in time is until 22:00 hs. If for any reason you need to check in after 22:00 hs you should contact us to schedule the after time checkin. If you have an emergency out of time, we will not be able to answer accordingly. If you have any emergency out of regular hours, please call to our contact number and we will try to help you as soon as possible. This exclusive and family-friendly beach is now one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. 2 Minutes walk distance to the beach or with the building shuttle so you don´t need to walk at all! The building has a shuttle service to the beach every 5 minutes. Close to US1, quick access to I-95, Miami and fort lauderdale airport. You can park in front of the apartment at the Walmart for free and cross under the bridge to reach the Lobby. There are shuttle services to the airport, sawgrass mills, south beach and diffrent tourist points. The apartment has a laundry: washing and drying machines, inside the property. No need to pay or insert coins. Please note this is a NON SMOKING ANYTHING place. Smokers fines are pretty high. We do love animals, however PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our apartment. Be respectful to our polices. Penalty fees may apply. The carpet smelled the entire unit smelled. The view consisted of looking at other rental properties in the area that were RAN DOWN. They had window units in the window for air. The view was TERRIBLE!!!!! The host listed this unit as have INCREDIBLE views and they were HORRIBLE. This experience was a total inconvenience to my trip and caused a huge delay in me beginning my vacation!!! I would never stay at any of there properties ever again!!!! And the host just stopped responding to me and left me out to dry with out trying to help me or accommodate me at all. I still have not got my refund back or any type of credit.
