Great deal! Excellent location. Near shopping, dining and highways. Staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave me the same room we stayed in months earlier. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room requires some updating but was clean and spacious. We did not have a chance to use the pool but grounds looked well maintained. We ended up extending our stay. If you were looking for an inexpensive, clean, safe hotel, Grand Palms in Pembroke Pines is highly recommended.

Carpet in room was so dirty it made our feet black. Room had a strong musty odor. Needs updating. Ceiling fan was nasty. No available electric sockets. Never stay there again!

This place is old, dark and out-dated. It smells bad, the rooms were not clean, had dead bugs on the bathroom floor, and flies in the room.. The lights in the room was not working. We asked for the light bulbs to be changed and no one came to change them. We had to beg for clean towels and for someone to clean the room only to be told that in order for our room to be clean daily we had to request it, and when we did, no one came to clean it. We ended up going to the laundry room to get clean towels, and that was difficult because no one spoke English. However, the people at the front desk was awesome and very polite. I will not be staying here again.

This Hotel is Historic and Old however it is kept up to par perhaps to the best of their ability. Wood Railings Need Painting and Tightening. The Carpets could use some deep cleaning and definitely the Televisions need to be upgraded the picture quality is very dull. I needed some rest and relaxation being a caregiver of 2 family members and wanted to rest and enjoy watching TV and the Picture Quality was not so good.

The property is outdated. Everything needs to be updated. The rooms are dirty, there was a used flosser in the bathroom. Towels are scratchy and the sink was taped. The television is old and the picture is unclear. You hear the people in the room next to you talking. The air conditioner sounds like a run away train. The curtains do not fit properly and the windows are not insulated. You have to watch where ypu walk because the tiles on the ground are cracked and loose.

The room was adequate.....HOWEVER, there was a phone in the room, BUT NO SERVICE! My cell phone's battery was depleted, and I had no way to get a wakeup call so I could catch my flight!

The property is satisfactory , needs an uplift with painting and renovation here and there. It’s good if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two or just a quick weekend shopping. The customer services are on point especially at the front desk .

This place is run down tile roof falling apart dirty walk ways and rooms has stains and broken furniture. Lmk I got pics. I would never recommend this filthy run down place to stray animals. Patricia the front desk clerk was the only thing pleasant about this place. And first place I stayed where continental breakfast was in a bag to be picked up at front desk. The only reason why I stayed here and did not look up reviews is because my family lived down the road in a nice gated community. This place would be better next to a run down trailer park. Pictures of this place I totally deceiving.

Property was very nice and BUDGET FRIENDLY. The staff was courteous and effective. It was a bit of a walk to the rooms if you have any disability or pain walking. The rooms were a bit dated but comfortable and clean. I will stay here again.

Property is easilly accessible, located on main road and provide great amenities. The rooms are large and well presented. My room was very clean. Besides the availability of common indoor living space, the placr is highly hospitable. I keep coming back.
