Everything is brand new! From the couches and mattresses to the sheets, linens and pots and pans. Chef’s Kitchen. No expense missed here. Completely furnished Chef's Kitchen. You can easily prepare Thanks Giving Dinner here...and save the leftovers! Master Bedroom & Bathroom. The pictures do not do this beautiful suite justice. It’s a lot bigger than it appears. Cleanliness. We only use a professional cleaning team that uses the highest of quality supplies. Safety. Jonathan’s house has been inspected by the city of Fort Lauderdale and is 100% compliant. I am proud to say we have a hardwired smoke and carbon detectors as well as a fire extinguisher. We also have safety alarms on the doors to the pool area. (These can be set at your pleasure). HOUSE RULES The minimum rental age is 25\. A picture ID must be provided to Jonathan no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM NO PARTIES & EVENTS If it is discovered that you are hosting a party without our knowledge, you will be asked to leave the house immediately and find alternative living arrangements at your own cost and expense. Additional fees & refundable deposits will apply after discusion of "event". POOL RULES NO DIVING. Please skim the pool whenever needed or at least daily. You will find the skimmer on the wall behind the waterfall. You will be sent a video of how to activate the pool's waterfall feature. Do not touch any valves, buttons or hoses with the exception of the waterfall valve. The pool is maintained, tested and deep cleaned weekly. The pool company has access to the backyard only. GARBAGE Garbage removal is every Monday & Thursday. It's very important that this is taken care of. We don't want unwanted rodents and critters hanging around the house. Please take the bins to the curb on Sunday & Wednesday evenings to ensure garbage removal is complete. Please note that there are 2 separate pickups on garbage days. Typically, all garbage is picked up by 5pm. Bins must be taken back to the house after pickup. BBQ Grill • After every use the propane tank must be turned OFF. • After every use, the BBQ Grill grates will need to be scrubbed with the steel brush provided. • Please cover the BBQ Grill at all times when not in use. Professional Cleaning My professional cleaning crew provides me with detailed photographs and videos of Jonathan’s house after every cleaning to ensure you arrive in a welcoming clean and safe environment. No Pets - No pets are allowed on the property. If it is discovered that you have brought a pet, you will be charged a $250 fee or be asked to vacate the property immediately. Parking No parking on the street. The city of Fort Lauderdale is very strict with this, and you may receive a summons. Absolutely no parking on the property grass. There is room for 4 vehicles in the driveway. You can find extra parking at the Publix supermarket a few blocks away. Cameras & Security There are NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard / pool area. However, there is a camera on the front door and the sides of the house. This is strictly for security purposes and recommended by the Fort Lauderdale Police to protect the property and our guests from unwanted intruders and damages. Under no circumstances are these cameras to be touched or covered in any way. TVs on this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel, you’ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you’ll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don’t provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $500\. You're welcome to smoke outside. Please don’t throw away your smoking debris. Do not toss on the floor. Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from us. Staples for a home were provided to last our entire stay saving us a lot of time. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Very close to FLL airport and the cruise terminal, which was handy since we didn’t have much time in Ft Lauderdale. The house is really nice and laid out well. I really loved the large, jetted soaking tub in the master bedroom. The mattress and bedding were super comfy and we slept very well. The pool is beautiful! I loved how it’s laid out in and it’s really smart having access to a bathroom from the pool. I appreciated having spices and cooking spray as well as common cleaning products! So much better than trying to remember to buy every single thing that is typically at hand to cook. My husband appreciated the smart TVs and being able to log in to our accounts easily. Host was great; offering plenty of help and communication (but never intrusive, he’s really great). ##### Brooke V. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is far nicer and larger than the pictures convey. The beds and couch are really comfortable, ample bathrooms and the kitchen is great if you want to cook. Everything necessary and more was supplied. The house is in a super quiet area a short drive to the beach or downtown FLL. The backyard and pool area was secluded and peaceful. The owner is also great to work with and super involved. There was an AC issue that the owner noted prior to our check in, he communicated it and had it resolved shortly after we checked in. Just overall perfect this was the best vacation rental experiences I've had ##### Robert H. The primary suit and bed was very comfortable and I was told the other beds in the home made for a great night sleep as well. The yard was filled with mature vegitation and was private and easily accessible from the home. However the home was not stocked well for example there were 5 adults for a week and 2 pods for the dishwasher, 1 roll of paper towel and two bathroom soap dispensers for hand soap were close to empty but these were small things at the end of it all. However, the fact there was a hot tub advertised and NO hot tub was a bigger disappointment. Overall it’s the people that make the vacation and we had a relaxing stay ##### liesa w. The pool area is stunning—immaculately clean, completely private, and the heated pool was an indulgent treat. Jonathan was an outstanding host, making us feel like we were staying at a friend’s home. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always available to assist with any need. Family relaxed around the pool in the evening and house was well equipped. We arrived 30 min early as we drove up from Key West. We met Sarah, the most delightful person who does housekeeping. House Clean, convenient to restaurants. I will return. Jonathan's pride in being the best host is evident. Nice touches like bottled water, starter coffee pods, fluffy towels and bed linen were provided. Pool clean and warm. There was gas grill but we were only there 1 night. A must stay!!! ##### Freda T. My wife and I Loved our stay in the home! Jonathan was very accomadating and flexible..At our request, he let us check in early and check out late. We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the experience, from the private pool, spacious master bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower, and very spacious walk in closet, and all updated appliances. We even utilized the concierge service so that we had a stocked kitchen and refrigerator when we arrived, highly suggest this! We Loved it so much we even talked about moving down and living in the home! If you get to southern Florida and need a home to stay in, this is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being in! . ##### John W.
