Directly on the Hollywood beach boardwalk! Faces the ocean! It has its proper inspection passed successfully. You will love this place! It simply does not get any better than this! Incredible ocean views and steps to the sand and surf. Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo directly on the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building. There’s a queen bed in the master bedroom (also one queen size futon sleeper in the living room in the living room) Assigned Free parking is included: Only ONE parking spot: sedan car or small car sorry no space for a big truck. According to the new regulations. It cannot be longer than 176 inches. (Check the size of the SUV ) Additional guest parking you will find one block from the building - City parking - charge you a fee. A gorgeous open pool overlooks the ocean—2nd floor. The apartment is on the 6th floor. Not suitable for people with physical disabilities or who cannot take stairs. There is an elevator, but you will need. to take the stairs in case of Hurricanes or any problem with the elevator.. You will find beach towels and linens in the apartment. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are not included in the rental. We picked this one! Lourdes was an amazing host, personally calling me a few days before arrival to discuss the unit and answer any questions I had.This unit is on the far side of the busy section of the boardwalk, which was great. When she says steps away, it literally is on the boardwalk. We Uber'd to Publix the first nite to get a few things to cover us for breakfasts and lunchs. We eat out dinners on the boardwalk.The unit is VERY clean. Being on the second from top floor gives you amazing views all day!! We sat out on the shared balcony. It was super quiet even with an occupied unit next door. The beach was amazing. Someone left beach chairs, so that was a bonus, we just rented an umbrella for 15\. Upon arrival, the process of entry and parking was confusing. The host was advised that we would be arriving late.. We only stayed 12 hours at the unit… The floors were filthy (I couldn’t walk around in bare feet because of the dirt debris & grime on the floors, there was a lack of washcloths, long hair hanging from the faucet, and the toilet seat was broken and not attached fully on one side. I began communication with the host, who seemed to be argumentative, in the morning to advise of the issues and she wanted to be reactive to an already negative situation instead of making sure the unit was in prime condition upon our late evening arrival. caution, caution, caution, if you don’t care about cleanliness and honesty, then it’s OK to book with this host… If you are honest, clean, and have integrity… Do not book with this host because she will advise VRBO that you are dishonest about the conditions of her unit. ##### Kathy D. Perfectly located I’ve stayed here many time and feel safe and it’s location is on point. Being in the beach is great. The elevator was being serviced the day we left which we had to climb the stairs but it’s in the description and out of the control of the property owner. I’ll be back again soon!!
