Just a heads-up: our condo is on the second floor, and there isn't an elevator. However, for your convenience, we do have an EV charger on-site (extra fees apply). To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit.
