TV\`s: All of our TV\`s are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.  
  
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don\`t be alarmed.  
  
POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning so don\`t be alarmed.  
  
POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.  
  
GARBAGE (located in back alley): The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins in the back alley of the house.  
  
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.   
  
PARKING: Our driveway provides 3 spots for parking on N 16th ave. Parking on the grass or on sidewalks is strictly prohibited as per the city\`s regulations. You can park on Hollywood Blvrd.   
  
PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.  
  
HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).  
  
CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.  
  
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.  
  
BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.  
  
CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market.
