The place has everything you need, is immaculately clean & maintained and worked perfectly for our stay. While we were there we visited different areas of southern FL - Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Key West, Everglades, etc and this location was a perfect "home base" - easy to get to highways, beaches, close to everything but still in a quiet, safe, well maintained neighborhood. The owner was exceptionally helpful with any questions or requests and promptly responded to any inquires. The restaurant recommendations were great too. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and popcorn and the house was great. We vacationed with 2 teenagers, and we felt the area was very safe for them to walk around or toss the football in the yard. We traveled to the beach almost every day. The beaches are clean and easily accessible. You need to drive to the beach and we recommend parking at Sebastian Street and crossing the street to the beach. Pictures were accurate and the whole home was very clean. A pool would be a great addition - the back yard is very private and a great place to build a pool.
