What a gem this rental property is! We arrived for a guy's football weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental itself was wonderful with many amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the unit was tastefully decorated, there were plenty of beach towels, and even beach chairs. We walked to breakfast in the mornings and even did a walk to the beach. The host was great with communication and super helpful in recommending places to go nearby. Over all it’s in a very centralized location and it’s near the beach and stores which is great. My chief complaint would have been the smell. Though the house is clean as soon as we walked in there was a very odd smell and unfortunately the master bathroom needs some floor work and shower work. Oven mittens and hand towels would have been a plus to have as they were missing but aside from that it’s a good place for a family. I would have given it a 5 star rating had there not been an off putting smell and had the master bath been in better condition. The house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and the backyard was a nice, relaxing spot. Our only complaint is that the bed in the primary bedroom is not very comfortable,e and the frame is quite noisy when turning from side to side at night. The water pressure in the master shower was a little on the light side, and the floor gets very wet because of the glass design. Otherwise, it's a great place in a great location and we would stay here again. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. ##### Brad M.
