The manager and owner were very flexible and responsive with my various escrow closing issues. The house is dog friendly and my dog really enjoyed the large backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. However, the backyard was noisy due to the freeway and airport noise. We loved walking the neighborhood and Edgewood Passive Park every day. The house was nice and cool, the big sofa was comfortable and the TV streaming options were convenient. It was as if the housekeeper got half way through and just left. There was also a noticeable odor upon entering the house. I ended up having to finish the laundry they left wet in the dryer, deep cleaned the trash can (source of the odor), re-wash all the dishes, clean all counters/ touch surfaces I stayed here for a 3 weeks class at MPT. Location was convenient. Neighborhood is a mix of incomes. Cooking supplies in the house were minimal and cleaning supplies were non-existent.
