Cons: Hot tub was out of order. Staff says they are waiting on a part. 4 weeks without hot tub now. Pool was freezing cold so I didn’t use it. Pros: Double king upgrade room was awesome. There was one king bed in a separate bedroom which is nice because I snore pretty loud. Get place to get a good night sleep. Easy parking. Free airport shuttle. The food was really yummy for a smaller hotel. Staff were polite and attentive.

The distance to the cruise port and airport was very convenient. The lobby, and grounds were nice. The rooms and hallways were dark and a bit musty. The beds were okay. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

The restaurant on site has really good food but they need to have one more person helping the lady out front. She’s not too friendly because she is overwhelmed. She’s doing the best she can by herself.

The A/C did not work properly. We were so exhausted from being at the airport all day and being shifted around due to flight cancelation that we didn't request a new room. But that made the stay terrible. When I did reach out the to hotel for a refund they told me that i would have to go through expedia.

The pick up process needs improvement big time. Making people walk half a mile down the street in unacceptable. Then your driver is calling as we are dragging our luggage- really? Think about it, just for a moment. Your rooms are nice and the front desk great. Having one person man the bar and also be the table attendant for a ridiculous! She was great though and we were patient, give that woman on Friday night a huge raise and fire your GM.

The overall facility and location was just what we needed! The rooms were not super up to date and the floors were filthy. We had to keep our shoes on. When asked to have the floors re-cleaned they brought a swifter. The water had a yellow tinge and there was not an option to fill water bottles given the questionable water…only to purchase.

I really love Cambria hotels. I enjoy the decor & suite settings. But I was sadly disappointed on this stay. I chose this property due to the hot tub amenity. I found put after checking in that it was inoperable. Then we went down for dinner we observed many guests sitting around waiting to be served. The bartender was also the waitress and she announced of longer wait times due to a fryer shortage. We decided to eat elsewhere. Did i mention that the representative charged me for someone else's room. She had my ID so I don't understand why. She said she immediately put the money back on my card. The ice machine also didn't work!! Management here needs to do a better job at this location. Terrible experience

Property was convenient to the Port Everglades cruise terminal. The hotel restaurant had a great menu but only one server handling both the bar and the tables. Needless to say, with 6 cruise ships leaving port, service suffered tremendously. The waitress did her best but I'm not sure why Cambria Mgt didn't add staff considering the active hotel activity. This was an issue for both dinner and breakfast the next morning.
