The pool was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped, the grill was well maintained, and the house was comfortable. Great location with about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a slight issue with gaining access to the house when we arrived (incorrect access code) but was able to get in touch with the manager and get the right code even at 9pm. Interior is beautiful with well-appointed kitchen, spacious living room and great bedrooms (3) with new beds. Large (very) TVs is all bedrooms. The swimming pool is heated, large and deep with is also unusual for the area. And most importantly, the Hollywood broadwalk/beach is a 3 min drive or 10 min walk.
