Full Property Access: Guests are allowed to use all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as patios or gardens. Other things to note: \- Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles. \- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500\. Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. \- Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible. The cost is $200 - as early as available (must be confirmed with our customer service). You will be able to purchase this option through our guest portal. \- Need a little more time? If available, we offer 2 extra hours for $200\. Must be requested at least 1 day prior to check-out.
