The property was wonderful, clean and updated. The bathroom was a tight fit but it worked and was clean and functional. Close to the beach a quick 5min walk. My husband is an exterminator so we always check for bed bugs and it was clean as a whistle no signs of ever being a problem. It was quiet and fairly dark - I would add a blackout curtain because the outdoor lights are on all night. Being one block from the beach was great. Neighborhood was a little sketchy on good coffee shops and restaurants, unfortunately. I would have preferred to have a kettle to boil my own water for coffee and tea to a Keurig, which I avoid.
