The property has a gorgeous saltwater pool with hot tub. The common area includes a living room with a couch/television and a full kitchen with a 4-person table. If your dates are showing unavailable, please send me a message. I may be able to accommodate you. Day passes are available for $15 per day from 11a-5p. I reserve the right to make room changes after booking if necessary. **We do not offer daily housekeeping. Extra towels and toiletries available upon request.** The Tropical Bungalow is our second largest unit. Fenced in backyard which is great if you're bringing a 4-legged friend. Covered front porch with a swing. Washer and Dryer are available. Owner lives on the property and is available to help as needed and answer any questions. Very pet friendly, safe and owner occupied neighborhood. Most homes are very beautiful and immaculately kept. Great to walk or bike. Very convenient to most everything: Wilton Drive: 1 mile, tons of bars, night clubs, restaurants and specialty shops. Sebastian Beach (Gay)- 20 minutes Water Taxi - 20 minutes (fun to bar hop by water) Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) - 20 minutes I-95 - 5 minutes Bright Line Train to downtown Miami or West Palm - 15 Minutes Lauderdale by the Sea - 25 minutes Las Olas - 15 minutes Galleria Mall - 15 minutes Publix (large grocery store) - 5 minutes Wilton Drive is 3 minutes away: Tons of bars, night clubs, restaurants and specialty shops. No rental car needed. Take an Uber, or the "circuit" for only $2 per ride. This rental was just what I needed. Thanks Billy. ##### Kevin F. Within one apartment, Bill has two rooms that he rents with a shared kitchen and living room which is not how it was advertised when I booked. One bedroom is called the Tropical, and the other is called the Cozy Bungalows. I rented the Tropical which was very neat and clean. The kitchen and appliances are relatively new. When I booked this apartment it was advertised that it had an exclusive private kitchen. This was a long term rental, and I would be staying for 77 days. He promised to give me a $500 reduction due to the long term rental. So I booked it. I found out by accident 2 days before departing (50 days after booking) that the owner reconfigured the space and now the kitchen and living room is shared with the other rental bedroom(Cozy) off of the living room. The owner did not notify anybody who booked before the reconfiguration that it is now a shared space. I had no choice but to go since it was too late to find another listing. Bill offered to block the remaining dates for the other room (Cozy) since it was his error in not changing the description on the listing. I still had to share the space for 26 days with other people who had already booked. Let me say, sharing the kitchen and living room is extremely awkward, frustrating, and just doesn’t work. It is not what I wanted, and I would have bypassed his listing if I knew it was shared. You have strange people coming and going and if they plan on cooking, you would have to get to the kitchen first so you can take ownership and start cooking. If you didn’t, then the other people cooked first and I had to wait 2.5 hours before I could use the kitchen. What happens when you want to watch TV in the living room? Again, you would have to get there first. There is no place in either bedroom (Tropical or Cozy) to sit and watch TV unless you are lying in bed, which I didn’t want to do. The TV is very limited, just major network channels, and a few other channels. No cable news, no science channels. The guide takes forever to load for each page. Bill does have Netflix which helps. He also had outside construction of his driveway which was an inconvenience and put dust all over my car for a few days. Don’t know why he didn’t do construction in the off season. Bottom line, sharing the kitchen and living room is awkward at best and doesn’t work. 1 week prior to leaving I asked him for the $500 and he reneged, which is deceitful. This was more stressful than relaxing and wouldn't stay again. ##### Fred E. First off, it is sparkling clean and stocked with all the cookware/utensils kitchen stuff you need (we cooked meals most days). There were even nice extras like coffee, tupperware, oil, crackers, butter, etc. It's quiet, the bed is really comfy, and it has just the right amount of space for 2 people. TV's great, the backyard is serene, and I was seriously in love with the shower :) All the furnishings/appliances etc. are new, nicely designed, and thoughtful. William was a fantastic host -- very available but not intrusive (he definitely respects your privacy).. communicative, helpful and really nice. We'd absolutely stay at his place again!!
