Honnêtement très déçu de cet hôtel. 1 ascenseur seulement était disponible. Accueil juste ok pas plus. Piscine fermée pas la ville de FLL ce dont je ne savais pas. Pas de place pour profiter du soleil à l’extérieur. Ça ne vaut pas le prix. Est-ce possible d’avoir un dédommagement?

Hotel 2 étoiles sans plus mais bonne situation géographique versus aéroport. Très bruyant ( presque pas dormie de la nuit) ( fenêtres minces comme du papier). Pas possible d’avoir petite collation si vous quittez avant 6h am et navette aéroport non fonctionnelle la nuit donc pas très pratique ( donc frais taxi). Piscine fermée car réparation a faire. Ai dû emprunté l’escalier avec mes valises pour descendre a la réception car ascenseurs non fiables( quelqu’un est resté pris durant 3 hres cette nuit). Donc si vous avez autre choix prenez le. Seule exception: personnel ultra gentil et serviable spécialement Maca et Daniel donc je remercie beaucoup versus infos pour pizzeria.

Elevator was down the first time we took it, one of two was broken at all times. The pool was broken. Breakfast was trash. The smell of the property like a cologne that they used to cover up all other smells. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. Our room for 4 nights never was cleaned, towels never changed, garbage never taken, the room was damp and everything we had was damp and made our bags over weight at the airport. Employees Maca and Daniel are front desk, they are great only thing good about the stay. Mold on inside of windows, and the highway noise is hard to sleep threw. The air conditioning, was not working properly and the thermostat NEVER worked at all. Horrible place to stay even for a night

Don’t come to this place if you come early, there’s a $30 early arrival fee. Secondly, check out the sign that says his building is condemned. Apparently the pool is closed so there’s a big sign out here. Doesn’t it make me feel safe?

Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Main area was very clean. breakfast was awesome. Water took a long time to get hot. Only one elevator working, we were on the sixth floor. Very long wait. Windows in the room and bathroom sink area had lots of little tiny black bugs, crawling everywhere. Have pictures and video if required

Plus: The good thing is the front desk staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast was enough to sustain me until I got to where I was heading. The bed slept really well and the shower was nice; water pressure and temperature wise. Location was perfect in between Dade and Broward County and with proximity to the Lauderdale airport, shopping, and dining. Negative: One out of two elevators on property were working and several times the one working got stuck. This made the wait to get up to the room or down extra long. My room smelled. It appeared clean but there was a noticeable stench like a wet mop. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I like the price to decreas? Yes
