The facilities are above all other options on the market. This room is absolutely gorgeous and waking up to the sunrise on the balcony is the way life should be. The beach is beautiful, where there are generous men to assist with chairs and umbrellas. Mr. John, bartender on the beach, is one of the nicest people I have met in my travels. He values his customers and provides excellent service. John needs a huge shoutout and he deserves to be treated with respect on the beach. John is a great person. This resort does run on Vallet parking. Constantly tipping the attendants becomes redundant considering that you are paying a large fee per day to park your vehicle. However, one nice tip at the end of the stay seems sufficient. I would highly recommend staying at this resort as I intend to return myself. ##### Zachary T. The resort room looked just like the photos . Loved, loved the beach front balcony, and having the private beach . All the staff were welcoming, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible . Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. If you asked me for possible improvements, I would suggest a new mattress for the bed closest to the sectional wall, a grab bar in the wonderful shower, and new blinds for the sectional wall. Thank you for making this room available, Several family members who also rented rooms said they would stay here again. Thanks also for making the whole process easy to navigate and affordable. I Think she could have been a little friendlier about check in time. I forgot about the late check, 4 PM. So, when my Fiance questioned her she got a little short with him. The staff, service and cleanliness was AWESOME!!!Saw some wear and tear and I think it would beneficial to the hotel to take care of those issues. For example the couch in our room, it was awkward to sit on because the board had poked through to the bottom, so it lop sided to sit on that side or the exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy. We couldn't turn the light on from the fan ( above the beds) because the chain was missing. The iron was sticky from the last person ( they did bring us a brand new one and apologized). The outside patio door sticks etc.. Maintenance came up twice. The dresser draw handle was put back on ,( instead of being fixed properly) piece of the handle was missing on one side. So when I opened the top draw the handle came off in my hand. We feel those Little details are so important! We know things are going to happen, not everything is expected to 100 % but the less the better. We own apartments in Chicago so we know what goes into it. The owner Annette was very responsive. Communication was a 10\. My questions were answered very quickly and efficiently. When I walked into the resort lobby, SO Beautiful. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful! The resort’s web site boasts sense of old Florida grandeur. I loved the flash back of a simpler elegant time. The wood work in the lobby, in the hallways and in the rooms displayed fine craftsman! I loved the carved pelicans in the wood work. Then in our room. Wow! The bathroom is large. We had a two king bed room. We had an ocean front room with a nice size balcony and the view was spectacular! We had dinner in the resort restaurant called OCEAN2000\. We had a candle lit romantic table on the outdoor covered porch, the food was phenomenal and was to die for, although a bit pricy, it was the best dining I have experienced at a beach resort. The waiters and the restaurant manager welcomed us and the service was exceptional! There was only one thing that may need a small improvement. During the fine dining time on the deck, there were people walking through the dining area in swimming attire. It appears that this is the main through-way to the beach from the resort and that felt a little inappropriate. I feel like it would appeal more to the fine dining experience if they could direct beach traffic through the pool entrance during dining hours. That is not a deal breaker though!
