This oceanfront condo is the best beach getaway at an excellent price!
La Playa is a quiet, private and peaceful 7 story building, directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk/ocean. This condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath, with amazing oceanfront views, located right on Hollywood Boardwalk. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and you can hear the relaxing sound of waves clearly from your living room and balcony! It has an oceanfront pool and direct beach access! It is a perfect location that stays very quiet, but is steps away from the heart of the action near Margaritaville Resort. You are steps away from many waterfront restaurants on the ocean and intercostal, locally owned shops and stores, fun bike rentals, and the water taxi that goes to Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale! You will not be disappointed with this condo.

-Upon booking, you will be asked for the best e-mail to reach you and you will be contacted via e-mail to sign a vacation rental agreement and to send a copy of your Driver's License

-Go to www.HollywoodFL.org to read the City of Hollywood Ordinances. Booking this unit is acknowledgement that you've read & agree to these ordinances. There will also be a copy of the City of Hollywood, FL Ordinances located in the unit for your review, as well. Lastly, in the vacation rental agreement you will sign, will include a statement that you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these ordinances.


-All information about accessing the unit and parking will be provided in an e-mail prior to your arrival
-Please keep in mind, there is everything you would need in the kitchen for cooking, except an oven. There is NO oven in the unit.
-This unit is on the 5th floor accessible by an elevator and stairwells
-A washer and dryer is available for your use, located on the first floor. The washer and dryer operate for a small fee and can be paid for by a debit/credit card.
-There is a TV in the open living room/kitchen and TV’s in each of the bedrooms (3 TV’s total)
-CITY ORDINANCE 100.02: UNREASONABLY LOUD NOISE IS PROHIBITED
-the provided parking space is tight, and no bigger than a mid size SUV is allowed. No Trucks or Large SUVs (like a suburban). The vehicle cannot be more than 176 inches long.

You will not regret staying in this immaculate, updated comfy beach theme condo. Safe condo with code/ key entry. We had the terrace to ourselves, which you might as well call it a balcony. From the pictures of the outside you might think your view will be cut off by the left side of the building, but on the right side it is open and unobstructed. We came in September and the forecast called for rain and clouds the 6 days we were there, except we really had some beautiful sunny days. Although it rained, it also didn’t rain very long. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated with the masters having its own bathroom. You have clear stunning views from every window. At night you can even see the Hard Rock Hotels guitar light up from the bedroom windows. Bed comfy, with extra blankets if needed. Extra towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart to put it in when you go to the beach. Everything is made simple here. There’s also an elevator. Our experience with the hosts Andrea and Suzanne was superb!!! They were available anytime we needed them and they always were very nice and accommodating with quick responses! We ran into a problem that had nothing to do with the condo, but I needed help and Andrea did just that. She made an uneasy situation much better. Also, there is a free parking spot, laundry and a place to get rid of your trash downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need with an ice machine.

Location was perfect. Walk across Boardwalk straight onto beach. The condo has everything necessary to enjoy the beach, ie chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Nightlife on the Boardwalk was only steps away. The condo was very nice. The kitchen well stocked with everything necessary for breakfasts and lunches. We ate dinner out every night. The surrounding streets were quiet and no late night noise. Andrea and Suzanne were very helpful and easily accessible. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s located right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk, with a private pool and a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The condo was well-equipped with several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon, which made our beach days super convenient. The hosts were very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths equipped with fabulous showers! Fully stocked with everything we needed to prepared meals (including dinner). It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the soft ocean breeze. The laundry facility on the main floor was also very clean and was much appreciated! This building is very quiet, as stated. The bedrooms are in the rear of the condo so you really dont hear noise from the foot traffic on the broadwalk. The owners were extremely friendly and communicated both pre and post stay. This unit is the perfect get away for an adult vacation.

Perfect beach front stay on Hollywood Beach. We enjoyed wakung up to the view of the ocean and walking on the beautiful boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants. Beautiful condo right on the beach

This is really a great place, very comfortable and nice. You can hear the ocean waves at night and the quiet of the night can be a soothing alternative to our busy lives. Unfortunately we had a stormy week, with huge waves and gale force winds and memories of a vicious ocean and lonely scenes. (Our last day was the best). All the dampness made the linens a little musty--our only criticism. We had quite an adventure...and we still enjoyed this beautiful place.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at La Playa and we can’t say enough great things about the condo! 5 Star Condo

THiS is a 5 star VRBO .. the location is amazing - being able to walk off and on the beach during the quick rain showers is perfect.. the building is safe - parking is convenient and everyone staying in the building is so considerate .. safe location, plenty of light all around .. The condo is true to pictures, renovated and perfect size for a family of 4 .. I appreciate the fridge with a filter water so we could fill our water bottles up often and use less plastic - the showers are amazing, great water pressure, plenty of hot water - black out curtain in the main bedroom, for the days you need to sleep in a little .. my only wish would be a king size bed, especially when your sunburned, but no complaints, just a wish .. we knew it was only a queen bed - kitchen had everything we needed, easy to have breakfast and lunch everyday .. about 4 blocks from Margaritaville, which is good because the location is a little more subdued but if you wanted to go find something to do, it was close by - grocery stores and spirited beverages store are close, only 5 miles away .. truly can’t say enough about this place - it’s one of the best VRBO I have stayed in .. I personally appreciate having reviews to read and I promise, you will love this Condo ‼️

Great quiet location!

Stayed for a week with my husband and parents (who are both 73). This is a great set up for four people. So much to do right in Hollywood, but also took off to Ft Lauderdale and Miami and the drives weren’t bad. Great to walk down the broadwalk for dinner or ice cream or shopping which we did nearly daily! Can’t beat the view! Hope to come back!
