Get your best nights sleep in the luxurious 10” pillowtop mattress, or on the accompanying sofa that turns in into a comfy full-size bed. Your room has a full kitchen loaded with all the cookware and appliances you need to enjoy a simple meal or an all out feast. If you feel like cooking outside, we offer a full BBQ area, poolside. You can grill out and take a dip in our refreshing pool. End your day watching your favorite shows on cable or switch the smart T.V. over to your preferred online streaming service for some binge watching on our free Wi-Fi. And don’t worry about the heat outside, you control your own A/C. Each room comes with one free parking spot. Our building is also equipped with smart-locks and 24/7 security cameras. This room is perfect for the traveling family, couples, or friends looking to get away. \*\*Important Information\*\* Please Beware that this is a multi-property listing. This means that there are a few very similar units located in the same property and when booking you will be assigned one of all of them. This is the reason some of the pictures look a bit different. All amenities, square footage, and items in the room are exactly the same with slight differences like type of flooring, wall color, kitchen cabinet color, etc. The Virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message. Contact-less (self) check-in and check-out. Please kindly note that this is a multi-unit listing. What is being rented is a room-type but not a specific unit #. We have multiple units that are identical in layout and have the same furniture and amenities. However there may be very slight detail differences such as coffee table, color of couch, and linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music) We service our units in the Airbnb/Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. On-site washer/dryers are offered in order to maintain personal and accommodation linen. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge. Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services once a month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units. An online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form. No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment) The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests. Upon arriving at facility went found no one to help in person or by phone. Response by text intermittent and delayed. Problems: keypad access to room not working had to wait for text for key box access. Room much in need of overhaul mold in shower broken toothbrush holder. We unpacked had a nice dinner only to find tv didn’t work. Again had to give ok to enter room while we were out to fix. Next day after showering to go out to party cold water in shower did not turn off. Called and left messages with no responses for 3 hours already at party. Had to leave party to put key back in lock box because they did not have another to access room. Back at 10 pm water still running full force since 1145am. Received in text earlier that it would be taken care of that day. Not the case. Called again got someone who said they would contact on sight people but to no avail. Received a text that they would be coming the following day between 9-5 to take care of. At that point my husband called and told them that we could not stay and sleep with water gushing out of shower all night. They did not care and we told them we were leaving. We packed and left putting key in box. Needed to find a hotel for the next two night flying home today. They continued to text us automated texts about how was our stay. 730 last night we got a text saying sorry for our trouble but they were busy with other people. Today we got a text saying thank you for your text. ##### Karen M. Upon arrival couldn't get in. Needed to send someone to fix the door. Place was dark and dreary. Air conditioner soundled like a freight train. ..Had to call 4 or 5vtimes to fix the lights, to replace the GAPING HOLE in the screen, which was never replaced only removed.it was old and crepid.I will say the bed was comfortable. I would not use their soap or shampoo and they leaked all over . They did send someone over each time I complained but if they would just look around the place they would surely see what my dissatisfaction was all about.
