Une chambre face aux ascenseurs 7eme étage sous le roof top où se déroulait une soirée avec DJ et danseurs. Impossible de trouver un peu de calme, entre la musique de la soirée du roof top et des gens qui entrent et sortent des ascenseurs en parlant fort. De plus des sonneries des ascenseurs à chaque ouverture et fermeture des portes. Très bel hôtel comme tous les AC. Expérience décevante avec l’impression d’avoir été les dindons de la farce à qui on a refilé la dernière chambre invendable.

Convenience of sharing the lot with Sawgrass Mills Mall. Room was nice & contemporary. For a very, very, pricey stay, some sort of breakfast should have been complimentary, fruit, or yogurt, or croissant, or pastry, sm box cereal, or cookie, or bottled water...you're already saving on no pool maintenence fees, & electricity from no room microwave, your $20 breakfast....bit surprising for your caliber

Great location within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We stayed on the second floor and dealt with multiple nights of persons running in the hallways above us. To prevent the discomfort of paying guests, I would strongly recommend that families with children should be placed on the lower floors and older adults should be placed on the higher floors. We endured multiple days of these around midnight stampedes as well as early morning stampedes. The only positive thing was that we had a very relaxed schedule and we were able to go back to sleep. I will be back but again I strongly stress that older guests should be placed on higher floors, whenever possible.

The property has a great location within minutes walking distance of Sawgrass. I also love the gym and the views from the gym, especially as most hotel gyms tend to be cramped internal rooms. It was a nice touch to put the guest name on the TV screen. The cleaning staff never replaced anything, including soap, lotion, coffee, sugar, or makeup remover towels during our stay. We had to ask for them at the front desk, which was inconvenient as we were on the seventh floor. The front desk staff were really helpful and also a lady who works in the dining area.
