There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex. Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. There were many missing furniture pieces from the pictures. One of the beds was supposed to pull out and didn’t. I notified host and was ignored. We never received proper bedding for the number of guests we booked for. There were multiple damages to the property upon checking in.The location and surrounding area was beautiful; this property is just not being taken care of. I was thinking the laundry in the unit would be available from the pictures in the listing, but shared laundry is available. Unfortunately, it was out of service while we were there, so the towel situation was a bit annoying. Bring extra towels if you are staying a week, or at least laundry detergent! ##### Katie T.
