BRAND NEW apartment with all the comfort that you need to feel like home. Perfect for family and friends getaway, our well-appointed 1 studio mix natural wood and stone with organic textures and state-of-the-art technology.  
The Studio offers stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster . Spacious bedroom with hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, and TVs.

The Neighborhood:  
Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.  
  
Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.  
  
Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.  
  
Getting Around:  
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):  
There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.  
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):  
Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.  
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
●Registration fee: $50 (one time only).  
  
●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St).  
  
●Pack and Play Crib available upon request.  
●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply.  
The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA).  
  
Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)

●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.  
  
However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.

#### Another Great Anniversary

The overall experience was great. A little disappointed that the room was just plain and sterile looking. The one listed was decorated and that’s why I went with the VRBO listing over straight through Costa Hollywoods website. Other than that everything was great. Nice staff, clean room, and overall a wonderful experience.

Stayed for 3 days. It was a very nice little hotel room. The location was awesome! The rooftop pool and bar where also fantastic! I was surprised by the resort fees and the parking fees but i went back and they where listed in the small print. They should have been up front and early in the listing. Great Vaca!

We loved the rooftop pool and bar. Great views and located next to plenty of restaurants. We spent two days at the beach with the free beach chairs and two days at the rooftop pool. Loved the jacuzzi in the evenings. Easy check in and plenty of space in our room. Loved that we had a fridge and microwave in our room!

The property was great. Located steps from board walk, restaurants and the beach. Modern room, great view of the ocean, canal and suntises and sunsets. Response to assistance request was superfast. Highly recommend
