The pictures are spot on. The house was thoroughly clean and had everything you needed including beach towels, umbrellas at the front door if it rains, good toilet paper, fully stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms and comfortable mattreses. The kids room had plenty of games and beach chairs. The house is very close to the beach and many restaurants. My only complaints are that the pool wasn't clean with the bottom and pool surface being dirty (not sure if the filtration sytem needs to be fixed) and, yes, this is a smoke free house however, the neighbor on the south side of the house where the lounge chairs/umbrella are located, was chain smoking during the day and then on our final night, was outside until after 10pm, talking very loudly and playing music which was on the bedroom side of the house and could be heard through the slider doors and wall. That's not the hosts fault but the first time we experienced this in a rental and found it disrespectful and disruptive when trying to go to sleep and spending time outdoors. ##### Lisa M. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. First and foremost, the communication with the host was outstanding! She was extremely prompt with any responses and went out of her way to meet any request. The house is extremely clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Our favorite was the back outdoor space. It's secluded with a wonderful pool and covered eating area. We grilled out every night and enjoyed the beautiful weather by having all our meals outside. The house is well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The location is centrally located to lots of stuff (stores, beach, restaurants). The neighborhood is in transition but everyone is very polite and safe. Another thing that I liked about this property that I would have not thought about before was the checkout process. Some properties have a huge list of chores that are put on the renter to do prior to leaving and this was the most streamlined and easy process that I have ever stayed at. It is only 10 minutes from the beach, just a few minutes from stores and groceries. Everything is impeccable, the beds are really comfortable, and the backyard is a dream. The owner is very nice and responsive, and did an outstanding job with decor and attention to detail. The game room was a hit with my children. We come to Florida every year, and always rent a different place, but this one is our favorite by far. We will definitely be back, thank you for everything. ##### Andree-Eve L.
