NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit. SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. –For same day reservations, we will do our best to have the room ready by 4 pm but it cannot be guaranteed. \-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.
