SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. –For same day reservations, we will do our best to have the room ready by 4 pm but it cannot be guaranteed. \-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.
