Bright & Open Floor Plan! Not overly cluttered. Deerfield's Rustic Modern Beach House is a bright & open oasis that sits just off of Deerfield beach. Shops, dining, and nightlife are all within walking distance. You are just a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and Boca Town Center. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, games, & toys. The grocery store is about a mile away (Publix). Located only a few blocks from pristine Deerfield and Hillsboro beach, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and Atlantic Ocean or the privacy of your own pool. Marina's are only minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing. Kitchen- Modern open galley is kitchen well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker (Keurig) with Kcups, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a West facing view with hurricane impact sliding doors overlooking the pool & water. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. There are TVs in each room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathrooms- The open & bright master bathroom is complete with a glass enclosed shower & vanity sink. Both bathrooms are updated. Exterior- The pool and exterior patio provide great morning light. Walk half a mile to the Deerfield beach side with dining, nightlife and shops, and beaches are there for your enjoyment. Gas BBQ Weber grill and propane provided. The neighborhood The neighborhood is a short 2 block walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Less than a mile from Boca Raton. Getting around Uber, Lyft, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is ample parking for 5 cars at the home (circular driveway). Other things to note If you are having an event, party or a gathering larger than 8 people you must notify the owner prior to booking as special events insurance is required. In addition, for parties and events there is a 2 night minimum. IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT OR MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AND DO NOT NOTIFY OWNER THEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED. The beachside is very breezy which causes some debris in the pool. The pool gets professionally cleaned 2 times per week, but in the meantime there is a pool scooper on the north side of the house if you need it. If you have any chemical allergies or sensitivities, please let me know so that the property can be cleaned with your desired cleaning products. The lawn gets cut once a week & the pool gets professionally cleaned 2 times a week. Days/times vary. Check out time is 10 am. For each additional or part of an hour after 10 am there is a fee of $50/hour charge. This is due to additional maids needed to clean in a shorter amount of time. Our backyard faces a canal, and you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighbors. This is a lively beachside area, not a secluded forest. If you're seeking absolute tranquility, this may not be the ideal spot. The pool area was perfect after a day at the beach! Loved eating outside under the hut ! The walk to the beach was just about or under 0.2 miles ! Very very easy walk! The beach was perfect! Clean and family friendly ! So many places to eat, and enjoy ice cream with the kids throughout the week! Grocery is just over the bridge ! We walked to the cove restaurant and Patrizia’s! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo house near the beach, and it was truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes away from the beach. As soon as we checked in and got acclimated to the house and our surroundings, we felt at home. They had everything you needed to be comfortable and feel at home. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance to the beach which took about 7 minutes to walk there. There are wagons for you to pile your things in to go to the beach or to pull your little one who can’t quite keep up. The pool outside the back sliding door was amazing and very clean. You can do your laundry with the clean washer and dryer that is provided for you in the house and you have plenty of room for a family gathering within the house. The house has an alarm which you can program when you leave and for when you stay inside to go to bed at night which is an ice added bonus. The area is a very nice area and I had no worries even if we did not have an alarm but it was an added bonus for safety and security that we appreciated. You will find plenty of places to eat that surround you some upscale some for any way you want to dress. I want to mention that we just happen to go into a little diner that is in Del Ray Beach called Sande’s and it really beat breakfast or lunch that we ate anywhere. This was our second trip to this area and we made it a point to go to Sande’s twice this time. It is like a hidden Jewel in the rough. All in all this was a great experience and we plan on returning soon to make more lasting memories with our family. They had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. An assortment of kitchen accessories. There was even a box of extras (shampoo, bathing suits etc ) Everything was thought out. It was enjoyable even to stay by the pool . It was only a 5 min walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This house did not dissapoint. The ownwer of this unit is top notch and takes care of all your needs. The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling with all of those stupid things you need on vacation but never have even down to backup toothbrushes in case your buddy is a dope and forgets his. She even had k cups at the ready for us in the well stocked kitchen. We had an isssue with the tv but with quick responses from Desare we solved them with no issues. Bathrooms had an excess of towels and extra toiletries for all of us and being right on the canal was great for fishing 24-7 if you wanted. We had a small hiccup and had to add a day mid stay and Desare quickly accomodated us. Stop reading reviews and just book it already!!!!!! ##### Pat B. It was so nice to have a quiet landing spot. It was really HOT and the pool was perfect for relaxing and staying COOL! We gathered nightly (and daily) in the tiki hut to recap and nightcap. The home is very well located - close to the beach, walking distance to great dining, restful peace and quiet at the pool or on the dock/canal. Ubers always readily available due to proximity to Deerfield and Boca Raton. I really appreciated how well stocked the house is! No urgent run upon arrival for basics: TP, paper towels, foil, spices, etc. Condiments and some beverages in the fridge and ice in the freezer...YAY!! The check-out procedure was also easy to manage. We had early flights and minimal housekeeping was a bonus. Again, I chalk this up to how well-organized and stocked the house is. Super easy to tidy up when you know where things go! Also, leaving non-perishables for next guests was great. I hate waste and throwing out just to throw out! Hosts are available but chill. Available but not intrusive. Wifi/tv was a little spotty but with everyone on wifi, I'm not sure how this could be avoided. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home! ##### Anne L.
