Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene.
