Comfortable room and good fitness facility

Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Quality of food in hotel restaurant
Location: Not a whole lot and some major construction.
Ate at the hotel restaurant and did not have a good experience. Suffered from some discomfort the next day.

Was comfortable room restaurant was good parking not very friendly if you have a truck. Housekeeping never cleaned up our room until after 4 on our second day

With regards to parking, we do have a number of parking spots that we reserve for larger vehicles. On a future visit, please let us know if you are unable to find a suitable parking stall and we will assist you.

Canada Games Trip

Pros: Conveniently located and reasonably priced.
Cons: Only had one meal experience (brunch) but that could have been better ...
Location: Was attending Canada Games Soccer event which was close by. Was also a 15 minute bus ride to The Forks which was the highlight of Winnipeg...for sure
Clean, convenient and close to bus routes to access downtown area. Was pleased with staff in front lobby and throughout hotel. Did not eat at the hotel other than brunch on final day - it was OK but would prefer to eat at other locations close by. Overall, a good place to stay.

Blood stains and A/C was inadequate

There were five small blood stains on the comforter. However, the worst part of staying there was the air conditioning. The unit ran all the time but never cooled the room. It was miserable.

Good Hotel, very nice location .

I did not like the breakfast, no much variety. Also struggled all the time to open the room . It seems that the room lock is not working properly.

It was very good as always. However, the pool and hot tub areas could use some work. The jets in the tub didn't work and the tiles around the pool were chipped

The rooms are alway clean the staff are friendly and the restaurants is right there good food the rooms are pricy but you get your money's worth
