« This is a really great place for a large group of people. There were 12 in our group, 8 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for us. It’s in a good location for access to the things you’d want to see and do in SLC. The home has a nicely appointed kitchen with everything you’d need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. « Great location for access to the University of Utah campus. There was a small issue with the thermostat when we arrived but the owners were super responsive and it was addressed very quickly. Everything else went smooth. Beds, couches, washer & dryer, and kitchen furnishings were all in top shape and the internet connection was fast. We would happily rent it again if the we need something close to campus again. »

« We stayed in the bottom level of this house and it worked well for our family of three. Close to the university and football stadium, it was the perfect location for an Utah football game. The host is very accommodating and helpful in advance and during our stay. »

« We traveled to Salt Lake City from Arizona to attend the Monster Jam World Finals, being able to stay in this wonderful home made our trip especially memorable, we truly felt at home here, the property is well stocked and exceptionally clean. There is plenty of room for large families, we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood to some of the shops and eateries nearby. Kristin was exceptional and always there when we had questions. « The property is nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint is that someone stole things out of my rental car. This had nothing to do with the property but future renters should be made aware of thieves in the neighborhood. Don’t leave anything in your car and you will be ok. »
