The hotel was fine for my family’s purpose of spending one night and then going to DIA. I’m not sure who it was but my guess is the gentleman was the manager and he was a bit off putting. In general though, the hotel was fine.

Check in was great with Mitchell the general manager. Our only comply is that the toilet in the bathroom sat very low and the heater/air conditioning unit was noisy. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!!!!!

Staff was great, bed was comfortable. room was clean, pool and spa were nice. Only poor thing was a broke electric outlet cover in bathroom.

One staff was not nice to me. She called the police on me for using the hot tub. I suffered from degenerative disc issues and I had asked a staff member to please let me use the hot tub because my back was hurting and I could barely walk. Also, we were schedule to exit the premise at 6am instead of 11am. She came on her shift and asked me to exit the hot tub because she it was too early and she needed to fill the tub. I explained to her my situation to no avail. The police came and they treated me with more dignity than she did! Situation was resolved amicably and me and my daughter left the premise!

My Problem wasn't about my stay, but rather with the check in. Travelocity had a Debit card on file that had been compromised. I have a new card, but the compromised card kept popping up on the check-in screen. The WONDERFUL desk attendant spent several minutes on the phone trying to get the MESS cleared up and then just said to go to my room and we'd figure it out in the morning at check-out ..... but then the same thing happened. The check-out clerk got the same hassle. My problem isn't with the motel, but rather with TRAVELOCITY

Love this hotel for the quiet
Beds were good. Pillows were great. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Hot tub jets were weak and the pool itself was cold. My kids would swim for 5 minutes and then get in the hot tub to warm up. Hotel was quiet and we felt safe. Never heard others in the hall.

Somethings were great, a few were not
Have stayed here many times, the bed confortable, air conditioning/heating system good. The breakfast is typically okay. This time it was not great, hot food was cold, waffle station especially messy on Sunday morning, no one around to clean, the hotel was not that busy, as its Christmas week. Asked for room cleaning every other day. Checked in on Saturday, maid came Sunday. Checked out in Wednesday, never saw the maid again. The front desk service.and ataff were kind and friendly. All in all, I will stay here again.

Three nights.
All fine. I spent a little time walking in the area. Not far from Old Navy, REI, Barnes &Noble. There were no USB ports in the room so I borrowed on at hothead front desk.

Nice, 1 night stay.
Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Did not have much interaction with the staff so nothing negative. Pet friendly, so did have a dog barking in evening but NOT during the night, so wasn't an issue. TV reception isn't very good. Overall, recommend this hotel.

Was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel!! Very friendly staff, very clean & comfortable room & good continental breakfast! Only complaint would be the with the TV reception, there were lines on the screen. But they offered to move me. Excellent place to stay!!

I came to town to take my dog to the CSU vet hospital. Long story short I called the police to prevent having any incidents at the property and I was reprimanded and kicked out for doing so. I was accused of stealing from the property without any explanation or proof. I was yelled at by management and completely ignored when I tried to call to speak with the manager. Management refused to speak to me and would not pick up the phone. Management was extremely immature and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so horribly anywhere in my entire life. Would not recommend this property.
