The neighborhood was quiet but close to CSU and Downtown. Didn't take advantage of the bikes, but had a great time in the backyard with cornhole and the hammocks inside were a really fun (and comfy) feature. It is a fun, eclectic little place that is on a quiet street that was a great stay for our family. Property manager is super easy to deal with and very responsive.
