It is in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Collins that originally houses sugar beet farmers. The carriage house was built in 2019 and has modern furnishings. I live in the front house on the property. This is a 30 day + rental due to city regulation. Thi unit is off the ally with its own parking pad, private entrance, and patio.
