You'll have the place to yourself to enjoy during your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a very charming newer neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen will be stocked and able to cook a meal for all. We'll cover entertainment as well with TV's in every room. All bedrooms all have King beds and are super comfy! Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is also an office area that has a queen bed setup for additional sleeping. No doors however!! The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8. Each bedroom has a 55" TV with a roku streaming stick. The living room has a 55" TV and also has a Roku streaming Stick. Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 3 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that. There is also an adjacent dining area with table and seating for 6! The location is a couple minutes from the heart of old town, so very convenient. When we arrived it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, and the AC seemed to be acting up. The host Justin was FANTASTIC. He immediately brought extra fans, and arranged to have the AC fixed the next morning, and in addition offered to move us to a hotel for the night if we were not able to sleep comfortably.
