All locations are only steps away! Or, rent an e-scooter or bike and zip to all attractions. A quick 3 minute drive in the other direction will take you to a major supermarket. You’ll be close to rental bikes (the PACE station is just down the street) so you can ride to one of the 20-plus breweries and along the 285 miles of trails across the city. Fort Collins is designated as one of the most bike friendly cities in the USA. The Fort Collins Museum of Discovery is within a short walking distance. Natural wonders abound outside of Fort Collins. This spacious cooking area is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide array of utensils. Gourmet cooking on a gas stove. A 4-burner gas grill on the patio also provides a fiery alternative. Crock pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric skillet, waffle maker, air fryer, coffee maker and grinder, 2 sets dishes (one non-breakable to use outside) and basic cooking oils and spices are in the cabinets.
*Garage: This rental features its own private, one car garage. Street parking is also readily available.

Our family from all over gathered for a very special time together and this property was one of several to choose from and we chose well! It accommodated my entire family so well, and even my little niece. The rooftop was a wonderful escape to watch the stars and a peaceful place to greet the morning and mountains. They had everything we needed from towels and laundry soap to extra chargers and toys for children. Extremely close to Old Town and New Belgium. Would love to come and stay again soon!

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Colorado State, and it was perfect! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to New Belgium Brewery and explore the nearby trails and Old Town.The neighborhood was quiet, parking was easy, and it was just a short drive to campus. A great home base for visiting family or enjoying Fort Collins — we’d definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this house. The neighborhood has a lot of construction and new builds, but there was minimal noise and we were an easy 7 minute uber from downtown FoCo. Of the 9 of us there I think the only downside was needing perhaps one additional bathroom for everyone to get ready, but otherwise it was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed, there were these lovely guest baskets with extras (toothbrushes, etc.) which everyone felt were so thoughtful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous place for a group of old college friends to reconnect! The house was perfect for all eight of us! Very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. Good location close to old town, walkable to the river. Pretty good layout but we didn't realize the bunk bed room was in the basement and the rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. It was easier to make work for us because they had lots of kids stuff including an extra mattress. Overall really well stocked with cooking and entertainment items (toys for the yard, etc).

This was a very cute town house . Very spacious . Very clean. My youngest (4 yr) was very entertained with the games that they have on bottom floor. This is the perfect size for a big family and plenty of space between all the bedrooms .

Met some friends to raft the river. Enough beds for all 6, clean well kept place. Even had sunblock!4 star for neiborhood because parking was a little tight, we had three cars. But even then we pulled it off so I wouldnt let that stop you.
