Have fun with the entire family and friends in this custom home. Our charming two-story retreat has a separate guest house, and is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a private road. The guest house is connected to the main house via a covered deck. Perfect for families, groups, or those seeking a spacious getaway, our home offers a blend of comfort and luxury. Main House: Upstairs, discover three tastefully decorated bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a plush king-sized bed and a spacious private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a unique bunk bed arrangement with two queen beds – perfect for the kids or additional friends. The two bedrooms share another full bathroom on this level with an additional half bathroom downstairs. Downstairs, the main living area is a haven of relaxation. Great house in a beautiful area. We loved being so conveniently located just a short drive from Fort Bragg, Mendocino, and lots of beautiful coastline. Jug Handle State Reserve at sunset was a particular highlight. The house itself was fantastic- really well set up for our group. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and dining rooms were great for group meals.
